Use live item tooltips for stats, not the Reliquary picture

The Reliquary is a collection view, not a full equipment-stat reference. If it only shows an item's image, inspect that item when it appears as usable gear. Collector asks for 400 unique discoveries, not completion of every Reliquary category.

Keep collection and build decisions separate

Check whether your immediate goal is Collector or a complete catalogue.
Use the achievement's discovery progress to track the 400-item objective.
For a build decision, read the actual offered item's stats and conditions.
Record a missing item when you recognize it; do not assume the collection view provides a missing-items filter.

Do not grind to an outdated catalogue total

The September update added gear, so an old player's category totals are not a permanent checklist. Likewise, reaching the Collector threshold does not imply that every item picture has been filled. Choose which objective you are actually pursuing before extending the grind.
