Complete the 20 achievements in four passes
Start with The First Fall by meeting its condition, Die on a run for the first time, then use four completion passes: bosses and ordinary progression, class abilities, class Difficulty III clears, and collection or challenge cleanup. This order keeps every condition visible while normal play advances the named bosses, Titan Slayer, and Collector.
Use the exact checklist below after every focused attempt. Four ability achievements and four Difficulty III achievements are separate, Collector requires Discover 400 unique items, and both challenge achievements require a complete run under their stated condition.
Use the exact 20-achievement checklist
Check the achievement name and condition together. Boss names include their articles: Vizier’s Oblivion requires Defeat the Vizier of the Halls of Knowledge, and The Fallen Queen requires Defeat the Queen of the Mad Swarm. Collector uses Discover rather than collect or buy.
Treat the table as the completion ledger. Mark a row only after its exact condition registers, then return to the roadmap sections for a practical order that does not combine separate class, Hub, or challenge requirements.
| Achievement | Exact condition | Roadmap note |
|---|---|---|
| The First Fall | Die on a run for the first time | Allow the first failed run to register it. |
| No One Left Behind | Complete a run without any companion deaths | Use a dedicated companion-safety attempt. |
| Vizier’s Oblivion | Defeat the Vizier of the Halls of Knowledge | Track the achievement-named boss, not a guessed biome. |
| The Fallen Queen | Defeat the Queen of the Mad Swarm | Keep the current boss-ready party intact. |
| Fall of the Bastion | Defeat the Ashen Bastion | Use the same visible-state boss checklist. |
| Master of Sword | Unlock all abilities for the Warrior companion | Track separately from the Warrior Difficulty III clear. |
| Titan Slayer | Kill 50 elite enemies | Let safe elite fights build the counter. |
| You Snooze, You Lose! | Complete a run in under 35 minutes | Use a practiced route and fast reward rules. |
| Trained Recruit | Buy all upgrades for a single hero in the Barracks | Choose one hero and finish that hero's upgrades. |
| Wisdom of Chaos | Unlock all abilities for the Witch companion | Track separately from the Witch Difficulty III clear. |
| The Last General | Complete a run with the Warrior on Difficulty III | Use a practiced Warrior plan. |
| Oops, Butterfingers! | Discard a blacksmith gem | Discard the gem itself during a focused attempt. |
| Facets of Fate | Buy all dice in the Hub | Track the Hub dice list separately. |
| Witch of Catastrophe | Complete a run with the Witch on Difficulty III | Use a practiced Witch plan. |
| Fury of Faith | Unlock all abilities for the Paladin companion | Track separately from the Paladin Difficulty III clear. |
| Collector | Discover 400 unique items | Let useful new rewards advance the counter. |
| Alchemist’s Apprentice | Buy 15 consumables in the Hub | Track the purchase count in the Hub. |
| Spark of Inspiration | Unlock all abilities for the Bard companion | Track separately from the Bard Difficulty III clear. |
| Lamb of Rebellion | Complete a run with the Bard on Difficulty III | Use a practiced Bard plan. |
| Paladin of Purification | Complete a run with the Paladin on Difficulty III | Use a practiced Paladin plan. |
Pass one: first fall, bosses, elites, and discovery
The First Fall normally completes during early attempts: its full condition is Die on a run for the first time. After that, use ordinary runs for Vizier’s Oblivion, The Fallen Queen, Fall of the Bastion, Titan Slayer, and Collector while learning a stable route.
Read the exact counters correctly. Titan Slayer requires Kill 50 elite enemies. Collector requires Discover 400 unique items. Evaluate rewards for the current build and allow useful new items to advance discovery without turning every drop into mandatory inventory clutter.
- Fight the achievement-named bosses when the current party is prepared.
- Take elite fights when armor access, health pressure, and survival are ready.
- Keep useful new items that preserve a coherent board.
- Check the achievement list after a boss or major counter milestone.
Pass two: complete eight separate class achievements
The requirements to Unlock all abilities for each class companion and Complete a run with each class on Difficulty III are split into eight separate achievements. Master of Sword, Wisdom of Chaos, Spark of Inspiration, and Fury of Faith cover the four companion ability sets; The Last General, Witch of Catastrophe, Lamb of Rebellion, and Paladin of Purification cover the four Difficulty III clears.
Work through one class at a time and verify both entries independently. First check whether all abilities for that class companion are unlocked. Then use a practiced build to complete a separate run with that class on Difficulty III. Move to the next class only after confirming which of the two achievements registered.
| Class | Ability achievement | Difficulty achievement |
|---|---|---|
| Warrior | Unlock all abilities for the Warrior companion | Complete a run with the Warrior on Difficulty III |
| Witch | Unlock all abilities for the Witch companion | Complete a run with the Witch on Difficulty III |
| Bard | Unlock all abilities for the Bard companion | Complete a run with the Bard on Difficulty III |
| Paladin | Unlock all abilities for the Paladin companion | Complete a run with the Paladin on Difficulty III |
Pass three: finish Hub and collection counters
Track Facets of Fate, Alchemist’s Apprentice, and Trained Recruit as separate Hub goals: Buy all dice in the Hub, Buy 15 consumables in the Hub, and Buy all upgrades for a single hero in the Barracks. Keep a checklist so purchases are not confused with Memory Shard earning from room clears.
For Oops, Butterfingers!, satisfy Discard a blacksmith gem. Reserve a spare gem during a completion attempt and discard the gem itself. Do not sacrifice the only modification required by a strong run, and do not discard a modified item in place of the gem action.
- Buy all upgrades for one selected hero in the Barracks.
- Buy all Hub dice and buy 15 Hub consumables.
- Let elite and unique-item totals grow through useful runs.
- Use a spare Blacksmith Gem for the discard condition.
Pass four: isolate the two challenge achievements
You Snooze, You Lose! requires Complete a run in under 35 minutes. No One Left Behind requires Complete a run without any companion deaths. Use a familiar class, fast reward rules, and minimal rebuilding for the timed attempt; use a stable party, early threat removal, and reserved mana for the companion-safety attempt.
After each challenge failure, restart with one correction. For time losses, reduce decision and rebuild overhead. For companion deaths, identify the exact enemy action and party role that failed. Do not combine the challenges until both can be completed independently and consistently.
| Challenge | Primary priority | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Under 35 minutes | Familiar build and fast decisions | Minor upgrades that require full rebuilds |
| No companion deaths | Threat prevention and role protection | Saving mana through lethal pressure |
Verify progress after every focused attempt
Return to the Hub and check the achievement list before changing the plan. Record the completed boss, class, counter, or challenge, then select the next compatible group. This prevents repeated attempts for an objective that already registered and keeps the remaining roadmap small.
When a condition does not register, record the class, difficulty, ability state, and achievement state before doing anything else. Preserve the save and avoid file edits. Updates, restarts, and file verification are technical checks; they do not replace the achievement's stated condition.
