Recheck Lootbound's hero, difficulty, and shared die selection before starting another run, especially when changing characters or attempting a Difficulty III achievement.

Check the selections after returning to the Hub
Recheck your hero and difficulty before departure. Do not assume they survived the return to the Hub unchanged. A die choice also carries between heroes.
Before departure
Select the intended hero.
Set this attempt's difficulty.
Check the selected bonus die before entering the expedition.
Check the requirement before an achievement attempt
A Difficulty III class achievement needs the matching run condition. An unintended easier selection cannot substitute for it; an unintended harder selection can waste a farming attempt. Fix the selection before departure rather than treating later combat difficulty as proof of a balance change.
