Use a Witch debuff and Corruption direction when the run supports it

Use a Witch debuff and Corruption direction when the current items and abilities visibly support it. This approach has completed the final Guardian, but it still needs a focused grid, enough survival to keep acting, and party support that covers its immediate weakness.

Witch is not mandatory for the final Guardian. The build remains one available route among focused stat lanes, fortitude reduction, sustain, and other coherent class plans. Keep the Witch only when the current run already turns its debuff direction into useful combat progress.

Build from visible debuff interactions

Place the item or effect that defines the current debuff plan first. Add compatible contacts only when the interface shows that they strengthen actions the Witch actually uses. Keep the layout compact enough to accept survival or mana support later. A large secondary effect has low value when it displaces the working debuff cluster.

Use Chaos with equipped curses or Chaos effects. Use Initiative only when an important Witch or support action needs to occur earlier. Read current tooltips and combat results rather than assigning an exact Corruption, debuff, or stat formula.

  1. Choose the visible debuff or Corruption direction the current gear supports.
  2. Place the defining item and confirm its current interaction.
  3. Add contacts that strengthen actions already used.
  4. Keep enough survival and focused party damage.
  5. Preserve flexible space for later rewards.

Use Acid and companions to cover immediate pressure

Acid bypasses armor, making it useful when the party needs health pressure without waiting for armor removal. Use it as support only when it fits the current Witch grid. If another character already handles armor efficiently, let that character open the target while the Witch continues the visible debuff plan and the finisher removes low-health enemies.

Automatic companions work best with simple roles. Give one companion early stability or support and another a reliable finishing lane. Use the main hero to choose the threat and create the combat state those roles expect. This prevents a setup build from losing to several active enemies before its pressure becomes decisive.

Prepare the Witch for the final Guardian

A Witch debuff build, Corruption, fortitude-reduction powder, focused stat lanes, and sustain have all appeared in successful final-Guardian approaches. Use only the direction already supported by the current run, and preserve enough survival and focused damage to continue acting.

Each biome end presents two Guardian-part options, and all parts selected across biome-end choices contribute to the final Guardian. Use the visible selection information, preserve the Witch's working core, and keep enough flexibility to cover the party's existing weakness.

  • Use the visible debuff plan before the fight becomes unstable.
  • Keep one focused stat and damage plan.
  • Bring sustain for the longer sequence.
  • Spend mana on setup and survival, not unrelated effects.

Fix a Witch run that never reaches payoff

If the party dies before the debuff plan matters, remove secondary effects for survival and focused companion damage. If armor delays every target, add Acid or a dedicated armor answer. If mana is empty before bosses, stop spending in ordinary rooms already under control. If the grid has many curse labels but weak results, keep only effects tied to the main action and rebuild the contacts.

Use a readable sequence: follow the visible debuff direction, keep the party alive, bypass or remove the defense blocking health, and finish one threat at a time.
