A blessing trades mana for an equipment opportunity

Choose a blessing when the offered gear is worth the displayed mana sacrifice. This is a resource trade, not free recovery. Keep enough mana for the action you expect to need in the next dangerous fight.

Price the offer in useful turns

  1. Read the offered item and mana payment before confirming the exchange.
  2. Identify where the item fits and which equipped piece it replaces.
  3. Compare the remaining mana with the cost of your next necessary ability.
  4. Accept only if the upgrade is usable and the remaining combat plan still works.

Recovery later does not pay for a fight now

A future camp is useful only if you can reach it. An attractive item can be a poor exchange immediately before an elite when losing access to healing, protection, or a finishing skill outweighs its benefit. This is a route decision, not a rule to always take or avoid blessings.
